What You'll Be Doing

n

Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:

n

n
- Providing professional customer service to visitors, contractors and clients
n
- Conducting building and perimeter patrols
n
- Monitoring CCTV and access control systems
n
- Gatehouse and access control duties
n




- Managing contractors and deliveries
n
- Responding to incidents and emergency situations
n
- Identifying and reporting hazards and security risks
n
- Supporting tenants, clients and facilities teams
n
- Preparing incident and security reports
n
- Event security duties
n
- Other security and site-specific duties
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Current Security Licence- Mandatory
n
- Current First Aid - Mandatory
n
- Australian Citizen or holder of Unlimited Work Rights
n
- Robust customer service and communication skills
n
- Professional presentation and a proactive approach
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Ability to work rotating rosters, including days, nights and weekends
n
- Good computer skills and ability to use security-related systems
n
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
n

n

Highly Desirable:

n

n
- Crowd Control endorsement
n
- Own reliable transport
n
- Experience with CCTV and access control systems
n
- Previous experience in a security or customer-facing environment
n
