About the Role

We are seeking a Production Process Operator who prides themselves on accuracy, reliability, and teamwork. We're looking for a motivated all-rounder to join our fast-paced production team in Ormeau. Our team generally works a 4-day (Mon>Thu) 38hr full-time, condensed working week.

In this hands-on role, you’ll support day-to-day production operations by:

Packing product/powder accurately as per packing sheets

Labelling, sleeving, sealing, and palletising finished goods

Performing end-of-day cleaning and sanitation

Maintaining a clean and safe work workplace

Supporting the warehouse team when required

Upholding WH&S;, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times

What you'll be doing

Following all company policies,



procedures, and work instructions

Ensuring accuracy and completeness in all tasks, including relevant documentation

Reporting any non-conformities to Quality Control

Observing and adhering to work health and safety requirements

Reporting hazards and incidents immediately

What you’ll bring

Able to manage time well and organise tasks

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Use initiative to solve problems and maintain quality standards

Positive, reliable, and works well as part of a team

Physically able to safely perform repetitive manual handling tasks

Follows WHS procedures and uses PPE correctly

Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage
