The AEC is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support the delivery of a complex, large-scale transformation program.

The RTE role extends beyond traditional scaled agile delivery and requires orchestration across policy, legislation, regulatory reform, business transformation and technology delivery. The role is responsible for promoting alignment, transparency and flow across multiple workstreams and releases, while ensuring business design and delivery outcomes are translated into operational and digital capabilities that support legislative and regulatory objectives.The AEC is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support the delivery of a complex, large-scale transformation program.

Demonstrated experience (7+ years) leading large-scale government transformation programs.
- 2. Extensive experience operating in Protected or comparable scaled agile delivery environments.
- 3. Proven experience in Business Design and Systems Implementation
- 4. Experience working within highly regulated government environments, including government governance and assurance requirements.
- 5. Strong stakeholder management capabilities at executive and senior executive levels.
- 6. Experience facilitating Program Increment Planning and large-scale planning events.
- 7. Demonstrated understanding of program and portfolio management disciplines.
- 8. Must have an Active AGSVA Negative Vetting 1 level clearance.
