About the role

FrontLine is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead one of our core business units through its next stage of growth.

This role is accountable for expanding and strengthening operations, overseeing multiple Groups, Sections and Teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery across a large on-site workforce.

Working closely with the CEO and other General Managers, you will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable financial performance. It's a hands-on, people-focused leadership role suited to an energetic and commercially minded professional who thrives on growth, structure and results.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and grow a Service Delivery (Business) Unit to full operational capacity and consistent performance.
- Oversee service delivery, scheduling, and workforce planning across multiple regions.
- Drive productivity and profitability through disciplined operational management.
- Build effective relationships with key clients in government, strata and commercial sectors.
- Oversee invoicing, reporting,



and backlog resolution to maintain strong cashflow.
- Recruit, mentor and develop Group Leaders, Section Leaders and Coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, quality, environmental and audit standards.
- Champion FrontLine's veteran and community values through strong, visible leadership.

What we're looking for

- Proven senior leadership experience in service delivery, facilities management or field operations.
- Minimum 3-5 years of senior leadership experience is required.
- Solid commercial and operational acumen with ability to lead large, distributed teams.
- Previous experience leading groups of 100 people or more is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Demonstrated success in scaling teams, improving systems and driving outcomes.
- Commitment to safety, compliance and a high standard of service delivery.
- Understanding and support for veteran and emergency-services employment pathways.
- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
