Coach is a leading design house of modern luxury accessories and lifestyle collections, renowned for its craftsmanship, innovation, and authentic New York heritage. We are seeking a passionate and commercially driven Concession Manager to lead our Coach concession within David Jones Bondi Junction .

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a rapid-paced luxury environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving commercial success.

About the Role n

As the Concession Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Coach concession, leading a high-performing team and delivering operational excellence. You will act as a brand ambassador, creating memorable client experiences while achieving sales and profitability targets.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will take ownership of all aspects of the concession, including team leadership, client engagement, visual merchandising, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities n

- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
n
- Drive sales performance and achieve KPI targets
n
- Deliver exceptional client experiences that reflect the Coach brand
n
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through proactive clienteling
n
- Manage daily concession operations,



including rostering and stock management
n
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently executed
n
- Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to maximise performance
n
- Foster a positive, inclusive and customer-focused culture
n
- Collaborate effectively with David Jones stakeholders and broader Coach teams
n
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
n

To be successful, you will have: nn
- Previous management experience within premium, luxury or fashion retail
n
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
n
- Strong leadership and people development skills
n
- Experience managing concession, boutique or department store environments
n
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
n
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
n
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering personalised service
n
- Structured roster (Sunday to Thursday)
