We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent Western Australian organisation for an experienced finance professional to join a broad Corporate Finance function spanning financial accounting, operational treasury, reporting and analytics.

This is a 3-month temp-to-perm opportunity paying $80ph , offering the chance to step into a broad, high-impact finance role with a genuine pathway to permanency.

About the Role: n

Working within a Corporate Finance team, this role combines robust financial accounting capability with hands-on operational treasury responsibilities.

n

You’ll take ownership across cashflow forecasting, liquidity management and treasury reporting while also contributing to statutory reporting, financial analysis, risk management and continuous improvement.

n

It would particularly suit a Financial Accountant or Senior Financial Accountant who has gained genuine exposure to treasury and wants a broader role than traditional month-end accounting.

n

The initial engagement will be a 3-month contract at $80ph , with the intention of transitioning the successful candidate into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities: n

- Lead day-to-day cashflow forecasting and liquidity management.
n




- Monitor debt and broader treasury requirements.
n
- Support banking and operational treasury activities.
n
- Prepare reporting and analysis for treasury governance forums.
n
- Engage with banks, financial institutions and external stakeholders.
n
- Support management of foreign exchange, interest rate and commodity exposures.
n
- Contribute to statutory, regulatory and financial reporting.
n
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve financial controls and reporting processes.
n
- Use data and technology to enhance finance capability.
n

We are seeking a technically strong finance professional with:

n

- Strong financial accounting and reporting experience.
n
- Hands-on exposure to cashflow, liquidity or operational treasury .
n
- CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification highly regarded.
n
- Experience working within a complex or governance-driven organisation.
n
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- Exposure to Power BI, Alteryx, OneStream or similar tools highly regarded.
n

Your current title is less important than the experience you bring. You may currently be working as a Financial Accountant, Senior Financial Accountant, Corporate Finance Analyst, Senior Finance Analyst or Treasury Analyst .
