About The Opportunity n

The primary purpose of this position is to provide responsive customer service while processing orders, managing enquiries and proactively supporting sales growth across an established NSW customer territory.

n

Working closely with the wider team, you will manage inbound customer enquiries while proactively contacting existing customers to promote products, increase spending and maintain strong ongoing relationships.

n

Some of your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Receive customer calls and emails and convert enquiries into sales orders within the ERP system
n
- Process online orders and coordinate with the operational team through to completion
n
- Handle customer enquiries relating to orders, invoices, products and general account matters
n
- Proactively contact existing telesales customers according to an agreed call schedule
n




- Introduce new products and identify opportunities to increase sales across existing accounts
n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the company database
n
- Promote use of the online webstore while continuously developing your product knowledge
n

About You n

The successful candidate will have:

n

n
- 2-4 years of proven experience in internal customer service or telesales
n
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and helpful approach
n
- Confidence proactively contacting customers and identifying sales opportunities
n
- Ability to manage customer enquiries, orders and account-related questions
n
- Strong attention to detail when maintaining customer and order information
n
- A collaborative approach with integrity, professionalism and a willingness to learn
n

An interest or hobby in boating will be advantageous but is not essential.
