Due to the ever-increasing demand for our product, we are looking for enthusiastic and detail orientated candidate to work within our Warranty department to carry out the servicing and repair work at our Townsville Dealership based in Currajong.
With the ability to work within the team and autonomously, you will have a passion in warranty and repair work as well as the ability to diagnose and resolve warranty concerns on existing caravans.
This role has minimal customer service face to face, it would be ideal for those who enjoy the service aspect on the tools.
This position would suit an experienced tradesperson or someone with a history in service and repair industries, and an interest in caravans. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

Be practically / mechanically minded
Skilled in working with hand tools

Have good communication skills, written & verbal
Possess a genuinely positive attitude
Be able to work effectively both autonomously and in a team
Effectively multi-task, and meet deadlines
Trade Qualified is an Advantage But not a Requirement
