The Opportunity n

We are looking to appoint experienced Glaziers in our NSW businesses.

n

Depending on your location, this role can be based at multiple sites across Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Depending on experience, the role could contain a balance of supervision and on the tool’s responsibilities.
n
- Provide hands‑on support, training and guidance to the team
n
- Demonstrating best practices and troubleshooting any issues that arise
n
- Competent in glazing in factory and site environments
n
- Monitor productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement
n




- Lead the continual development of Safety Culture across the area of responsibility
n

About You nn
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing or a similar environment
n
- Certificate III in Glass and Glazing (MUST)
n
- Solid technical skills and a deep understanding of product installation
n
- WHS exposure with a focus on Zero Harm at all times and at all costs
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport
n
