Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure project milestones are met.

- Manage and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

- Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to management.

- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers,



and clients to ensure effective communication.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are upheld.

- Assist in the preparation of project schedules and budgets.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the building and construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Relevant certifications in construction management or safety (e.g., White Card, First Aid).
