Glass Outlet is recognised Australia-wide as a leading wholesale supplier of glass, aluminium fencing, balustrading, screening, shower screens and associated products.

We are looking for an experienced Trade Sales Representative to build strong customer relationships, drive sales growth and contribute to branch performance

n

About the Role

n

This is a customer-focused sales role where you will assist trade customers with product advice, quotes, orders and solutions while identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts.

n

Key responsibilities include:

Sales Growth & Business Development

n

n
- Drive business growth through active conversion of walk-in trade opportunities
n
- Identify and develop new trade accounts and business opportunities
n
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to support ongoing projects and grow sales
n
- Promote Glass Outlet products and solutions to increase customer spend
n

n

Trade Customer Relationship Management

n

n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with builders, contractors, installers, and fabricators
n
- Provide product advice and technical guidance to customers
n
- Deliver high levels of customer service and responsiveness
n

n

Customer Service & Sales Support





n

n
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order enquiries
n
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to support delivery timelines
n

n

Branch Sales Performance

n

n
- Contribute to branch sales targets and revenue growth
n
- Maintain strong product knowledge across Glass Outlet's product range
n
- Support promotional activities and product launches
n

n

Cross Functional Collaboration

n

n
- Work closely with branch operations, warehouse, and customer service teams
n
- Communicate customer feedback and market demand to the broader business
n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across customer service and sales processes
n

n

About You

n

You will be customer-focused, commercially minded and confident building relationships. Experience in trade sales, customer service, building products, construction, manufacturing, warehousing or distribution will be highly regarded.
