About the Role:

n

We're looking for a Retail and Dispatch Storeperson to join our growing team at our Beerwah branch on the Sunshine Coast.

n

As the face of The Pump House, you'll be the first person our customers see when they walk through the door (or give us a call!). From helping them find the right product, to keeping our store looking fresh and welcoming, no two days are ever the same.

You Will:

n

n
- Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional service in-store and over the phone
n




- Process sales quickly and accurately through our POS system - training provided
n
- Offer product advice and solutions - training provided
n
- Provide leads to our project sales teams from customer enquiries
n
- Process and dispatch deliveries and stock
n
- Work across both the shop floor and dispatch area, maintaining a clean and protected environment
n
- Work as part of a tight-knit, reliable and supportive team
n

About You:

n

n
- Related industry knowledge or trade qualification highly regarded (plumbing, mechanical, electrical etc.)
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a tight-knit team
n
- Driver's licence and forklift licence (preferred)
n
- Versatility to work across both retail and dispatch areas
n
- Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
n
