Provide specialised clinical health care to Aboriginal young people and their families within a multidisciplinary youth health setting, while supporting team members to deliver culturally appropriate and responsive care.
Key responsibilities
- Support individual development and education needs while engaging young people, their families and communities in the planning and delivery of services.
- Support for you and your family via our Employee Assistance Program.
What you need

- Cert IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care (Practice), or equivalent lived experience with willingness to complete.
