We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at BJP Laboratories Pty Ltd in Yatala, Queensland. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring the efficient and seamless production of our high-quality products. Key responsibilities

- Managing and coordinating the production team to meet daily, weekly and monthly production targets
- Monitoring and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Providing hands-on support and guidance to production staff, troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Collaborating with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth production operations
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance product quality and output
- Maintaining accurate production records and reporting on key performance indicators
- Promoting a safe and compliant work environment by following all relevant health and safety protocols

About you

- 3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong technical knowledge of production processes and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with a keen eye for detail
- Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational efficiencies
- Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
