Family Law, Conveyancing & Wills Solicitor | 5+ PAE | Campbelltown

Our client is a well-established legal practice based in Campbelltown, recently strengthened by becoming part of a larger, longstanding multi-office group across Sydney.

The firm is looking for an experienced Solicitor with 5+ years PAE across family law, conveyancing and wills & estates to join on a full-time, permanent basis. Genuine work-life balance is built into the role, with strict 9-5 hours and no weekend or late-night work expected.

About the role

You'll manage a varied caseload across family law, conveyancing and wills & estates, with genuine support and mentoring available.

- Running family law matters including property settlements and parenting arrangements
- Managing conveyancing transactions from contract to settlement
- Preparing wills, powers of attorney and advising on deceased estates
- Liaising directly with clients, other solicitors and relevant authorities
- Drawing on experienced principals across the group for guidance on complex matters

What you'll bring

- 5+ years PAE across family law, conveyancing and wills & estates
- Current NSW practising certificate
- Confidence managing a varied caseload independently
- Solid client communication and attention to detail
- A genuine team player who values collaboration and mentoring

Additional information

- $100,000 - $150,000 ex super
- Strict 9-5 hours - no weekends, no late nights, genuine work-life balance
