- Exceptional Patient Care: Aligning to policy and working within your scope of practice to assess, plan, implement and deliver comprehensive care plans that reflect the identified needs and goals of the patient.
- Critical Thinking: Identify and develop secure and effective strategies to improve practice and patient safety.
