Events Project Lead will play a pivotal role in delivering event experiences that connect audiences to business objectives. This leadership role combines end-to-end project ownership, customer relationship management, team mentoring, and commercial accountability. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, sales teams, and event specialists to deliver creative,



high-impact events while driving profitability and operational excellence.

This role can be based in our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane office.

What you will be doing:

- Lead and manage multiple live and virtual event projects from conception through to completion
- Partner with customers, sales teams, and event stakeholders to develop creative and logistically sound event solutions
- Manage project budgets, reconciliations, invoicing, pricing strategies, and profitability outcomes
- Develop, write, present, and lead customer proposals, pitches, and event solutions
- Oversee project timelines, critical paths, risk management plans, and service level commitments
