The Role

We're looking for Graduate Structural Engineers with an interest in developing a career within our Melbourne structures (buildings) and construction engineering team. Join RBG and you'll have the chance to work on some of the most complex projects in Australia.

As part of our program, you will get to:

- Contribute to the delivery of major industry projects and local community ventures
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, reports,

About You

- Graduates will be in their final year, or have graduated within the last 2 years
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to effectively manage one's time and workload
- A developed knowledge of analytical methods, tools, and principles
