This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality qualified who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and delivering exceptional food and customer experiences. Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities 9 Items n

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to established standards
n
- Assist with menu planning and development
n
- Monitor food quality throughout preparation and presentation
n
- Demonstrate cooking techniques and provide guidance on food preparation methods
n
- Train, mentor and supervise kitchen staff
n
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
n
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
n
- Manage workload effectively during busy service periods
n




- Support continuous improvement in kitchen operations and food quality
n

Requirements & Eligibility 10 Criteria nn
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Chef
n
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a professional kitchen team
n
- Experience training and supervising kitchen staff
n
- Professional attitude with excellent punctuality and reliability
n
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
n
- Good communication skills with professional working-level English proficiency
n
- Commitment to delivering high-quality food and service
n
- Australian work rights or eligibility for visa sponsorship
n
- Willingness to learn, grow and develop within the hospitality industry
