Responsibilities

- Robust understanding of Azure IaaS/PaaS services, including VMs, networking, and storage.

- Experience with monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting in cloud environments.

- Proficiency in Azure CLI, PowerShell, or ARM/Bicep for automation and issue resolution.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, and problem management).

- Ability to work in on-call rotations and communicate clearly with stakeholders during outages.
