Regis Resources is seeking an experienced Senior Mining Engineer (Surface Mining) to lead open pit planning within our Open Pit Technical Services team. This FIFO role from Perth drives short and medium-term mine plans, with emphasis on safe, cost-effective outcomes and continuous improvement.

You will mentor engineers, optimise drill and blast, and align designs with budgets, production targets and site objectives, operating in a cooperative high-performance culture.
