As a Warranty Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the business by ensuring warranty repairs and claims comply with company policies, procedures, and technical requirements.

You will manage warranty matters end-to-end — from claim review and prior work approvals through to investigation and resolution — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely outcomes for both dealers and customers.

The Opportunity

As a Warranty Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the business by ensuring warranty repairs and claims comply with company policies, procedures, and technical requirements.

You will manage warranty matters end-to-end — from claim review and prior work approvals through to investigation and resolution — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely outcomes for both dealers and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Warranty Claim Management

- Review and adjudicate dealer-submitted warranty claims to ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures.

- Return claims to dealers where corrections or additional information are required.

- Perform daily manual claim adjudication to maintain claim quality and compliance.

- Ensure accurate and consistent claim decision-making aligned to policy guidelines.

Dealer Support & Guidance





- Provide clear guidance to dealers on warranty policies, procedures, and claim requirements.

- Support dealers with warranty and system-related enquiries via phone and written communication.

- Manage day-to-day dealer correspondence relating to claims and prior work approvals.

Prior Work Approvals (PWA)

- Assess and adjudicate PWAs submitted by nominated dealer groups, including diagnosis and repair hour requests.

- Ensure PWAs align with policy, technical standards, and cost controls.

Investigation & Compliance

- Investigate dealer enquiries relating to claim variations or denials, providing written responses and maintaining detailed history records.

- Coordinate the return of replaced components for technical inspection and analysis where required.

- Liaise with technical and regional service teams to support dealer compliance with warranty processes.

About You

You are detail-oriented, fair, and confident in applying policy consistently while maintaining positive dealer relationships. You bring:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in warranty, service, parts, or technical roles (OEM or dealership).

- Technical knowledge or mechanical understanding (highly regarded).

- Strong organisational and workload management skills.

- Excellent written communication skills, especially for professional email responses.

- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
