We're looking for experienced people who already know their way around a workshop. Campervan or recreational vehicle experience is ideal. Strong backgrounds in joinery, cabinetmaking, carpentry, shopfitting, boat building, automotive or plumbing also transfer well, and we'll teach you the TRAKKA way of building.

Cabinetmakers / Joiners

Key responsibilities

Hand build premium campervans and motorhomes across a range of models

Fit out interiors to a high standard of finish

Install and connect 12V, gas and plumbing systems

Work from technical drawings and build instructions

Check your own work and flag defects before the vehicle moves on

Keep your area clean, secure and organised

About you

Proven hands-on experience in a trade, workshop or manufacturing environment

Confident use of hand and power tools

Ability to read and work from technical drawings and instructions

High attention to detail and pride in your finish

Reliable, punctual and a strong team player

Available full time, Monday to Friday

Current driver licence and reliable transport

Prior knowledge of campervans or motorhomes (highly regarded)

Trade experience with 12V, gas or plumbing systems (highly regarded)





Production or assembly experience in a high-quality environment (highly regarded)

$35 to $43 per hour + super, depending on skills and experience

Discretionary bonus program linked to company performance

Finish at 12:45pm every Friday
