The Position

- Basic food preparation.
n
- Working a mix of shifts across cafe and functions.
n
- Basic operations of dishwashing
n
- Help monitor and promote allergen and dietary considerations for our guests' safety
n
- Be a 'safety first' advocate, ensuring you and your team head home in even better shape than when you arrived!

The Person:

- Experience in bulk cooking, whether in a hotel or café setting
n
- Robust attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing presentations
n
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour
n
- Basic operations of dishwashing machines, pot washing and general hygiene duties
n
