The Role: Busy, Rewarding, and Full of Purpose!

As our new Dentist or Oral Health Therapist, you'll be right at the heart of patient care, delivering top-notch clinical services across our welcoming Cooranbong clinic and our exciting mobile operations. Expect a dynamic, varied day that keeps things fresh – one moment you're in the clinic building lasting smiles, the next you're out on the road bringing care directly to the community!

This is a part-time position requiring a commitment of 3 days per week with opportunity to expand for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting thorough examinations, accurate diagnoses, and personalised treatment planning with a gentle, truly patient-focused approach.




- Delivering a full range of dental procedures – from preventive care, cleanings, and restorations to more complex treatments (tailored to your scope and experience).
- Hitting the road with our Dental 2 U mobile team for a refreshing change of scenery – providing high-quality care in schools, homes, and aged care facilities.
- Educating patients of all ages on oral health best practices, empowering them with transparent, compassionate communication that builds trust and confidence.
- Collaborating closely with our dedicated dentists, oral health therapists, and the broader therapy team (including music therapy and upcoming speech/occupational services) to deliver truly holistic, coordinated care that links oral health with overall wellbeing.
- Proactively sharing your ideas to improve processes, enhance services, and elevate the patient experience – we genuinely celebrate innovation and fresh thinking from every team member!

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a passionate, skilled clinician who is organized, upbeat, and loves a busy, rewarding environment. Full registration with AHPRA is essential, along with a genuine kindness, reliability, and eagerness to grow alongside us.

Experience in general practice is a plus, but we're most excited about someone who shares our values: excellent clinical standards, strong communication, multitasking ability, and a positive energy that makes patients (and the team) feel at ease.
