About Us:

Devcon Property Services has been established since1993, with our Head Office based on theSunshine Coast. We are expanding into Brookwater and looking for an experiencedProperty Managerto join us.

This is asolo Property Manager role, managing a portfolio of approximately60–80 propertiesacross the Logan/Ipswich area.

$75,000 – $87,5000 (incudes up to 12,500 KPI’s)

About You





You’ll have a currentQLD Real Estate Certificate and Driver’s Licence, strong communication skills, a professional attitude and the ability to work independently.

PropertyMe experience is essential. Other programs are Inspection Express, Air Table, TAPI.
