Key responsibilities

- As a building maintenance inspector, you will undertake inspections of government facilities across Central Queensland to identify maintenance requirements, asset condition issues, and potential risks.
- Conduct site inspections of government buildings and associated assets.
- Prepare detailed condition assessment reports and supporting documentation.
- Provide technical input to support maintenance planning and prioritisation activities.

What you need

- To be successful in this role, you will have experience assessing building conditions and identifying maintenance requirements within built assets.
- Current unrestricted C Class Driver Licence.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Central Queensland region.
