About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Senior Site Admin to join our esteemed clients team based in Port Hedland. This position is based on a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth.

Duties and responsibilities

- Lead and support the site admin team to ensure daily tasks are completed effectively.

- Manage flights and accommodation, including room allocations and changes.

- Support the Site Manager with workforce manning levels and planning.





- Track and forecast travel and accommodation requirements.

- Maintain accurate records for travel, mobilisation, and accommodation.

- Resolve travel or accommodation issues in a calm and professional manner.

- Prepare and provide regular reports as required.

Skills and experience required

- Previous experience in site administration, travel coordination, or mobilisation roles.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

- Explicit and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

- Competent using booking systems, rostering tools, and standard office software.
