Providence Medical Umina is seeking a friendly, organised Medical Receptionistto join our busy general practice on a full-time basis. Weekend shifts required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming patients and providing excellent front desk service
- Managing phone calls and appointment bookings
- General administration and reception duties
- Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations
About You:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment
- Previous reception/admin experience (medical highly regarded)
- Experience with medical software (Best Practice)
- Knowledge of Medicare billing processes
