Jack Frost Car Air Conditioning – Mount Gravatt East QLD

As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will provide support to the Jack Frost Operations Manager and the Owner in managing the reception area, handling administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office functions. You will be the welcoming face of the company at the front desk.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Owner and Operations Manager with daily tasks

Handle phone and email correspondence

Schedule inspections and bookings utilising ServiceM8

Receive and direct clients

Manage billing and invoicing

Process stock and part orders

Printing and filing

About you

High level of computer literacy

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proactive with ability to show initiative

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Punctual and reliable attendance

Valid driver's license is a MUST

Ability to think on your feet and multitask in a quick paced environment

Prior knowledge and experience with ServiceM8 would be advantageous





Prior knowledge and experience in the air conditioning or automotive field would be advantageous

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

IMPORTANT: MUST have at least 12 months administrative experience.

The role will commence on a full time basis for an immediate start and training will be provided in all aspects of the position with a 3 month probation period.

Hours are to reflect Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm and Friday 7am to 3pm.

No weekend work will be required.
