The Opportunity:

Location: Oakey, Queensland
n Employment Type: Casual | morning, afternoon, overnight shifts available
n Remuneration:$36.23 per hour + penalties + super

About the Role:

n

We are looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our Residential Aged Care team, CWA House in Oakey. This role supports residents with personal care, daily living needs and meaningful day-to-day support in a caring aged care environment.

n

You will work as part of a supportive care team,



providing assistance under the direction and guidance of the senior clinical team.

n

About You:

n

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
n
- Genuine interest in working in aged care.
n
- Well-developed customer service skills.
n
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
n
- Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload.
n
- Ability to work as part of a team.
n
- Flexibility for shift work.
n
- Current National Police Certificate (or willing to get).
n
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to get).
n
