Investing Platform (www.investingplatform.com.au) is hiring an experienced Senior property sales professional to help turn buyer enquiries into completed sales.

We have500+ property listings available, a lot more in the pipeline, and our own marketing generatesdirect buyer enquiries.

We’re looking for someone with a proven record in current residential property sales who can take ownership of buyer relationships, follow through consistently and deliver an excellent customer experience.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Responding promptly to incoming enquiries and understanding buyers’ requirements.
- Presenting relevant properties and conducting buyer appointments.
- Managing follow-up, negotiations and the sales process through to settlement.
- Keeping accurate CRM records and a clear, active sales pipeline.





You’ll bring:

- Demonstrated success in new-property, off-the-plan or residential project sales.
- Experience converting company-generated enquiries into purchases.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- A current NSW real estate licence and eligibility for commission-only employment.
- A professional approach built on accurate information, ethical selling and customer service.

You’ll join a business with existing property inventory, ongoing lead generation and a growing product pipeline, working from our Caringbah base.
