Auto Parts Group (APG) is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Brendale office in a full time permanent role. You will deliver outstanding customer service by handling parts inquiries, requests, and quotes, and managing calls with a professional approach.

You will use APG systems to manage parts and inventory, address escalations, and maintain accurate order records while striving to meet KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
