You’ll be part of an experienced team dedicated to repairing the Tangara fleet at either the Flemington Maintenance Centre or Auburn Maintenance Centre, Sydney.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect, service, overhaul, and repair systems, equipment, and components on our Tangara Fleet.
- Report directly to the Maintenance Shift Managers and Team Leaders, collaborating with a team of Rail Maintainers and Engineering support staff.
What you need
- You have a mechanical trade qualification and relevant mechanical heavy engineering or maintenance experience as well as being an accomplished fault finder, strong communicator and lateral thinker.
- You possess strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex mechanical issues.
- You have proven ability to organise and prioritise tasks, be adaptable and resourceful with a high degree of initiative.
