As family violence practice lead, you will guide practice across the helpline team.
Key responsibilities
- You will help staff assess risk, plan safety and provide timely support.
- provide transparent leadership, coaching and guidance to helpline staff.
- support complex family violence cases and help staff make sound decisions.
- assess L17 referrals, identify risks and review who used violence.
What you need
- You need a bachelor degree or equivalent qualification that meets specialist family violence requirements.
- You also need to have completed the MARAM framework, including risk assessment and predominant aggressor identification.
