The Role

This role is about much more than completing tasks. It's about creating a positive start to the day, reducing anxiety through consistency and helping someone feel informed, supported and confident.

You’ll Support a Customer To

- Complete personal care, showering and continence routines
- Receive medication support in line with training and support plans
- Maintain a clean and comfortable home by assisting with domestic duties
- Use a visual schedule to understand appointments and daily activities
- Manage anxiety through calm reassurance and predictable routines
- Maintain choice, dignity and independence

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

- Calm, patient and easy to understand
- Gentle and reassuring in their approach
- Comfortable repeating conversations without frustration
- Observant and proactive
- Professional and respectful
- Confident following support plans and medication procedures
- Comfortable providing personal care and household support
- Reliable and accountable
- Focused on dignity, choice and independence
- Experience in disability support, home care, personal care, acquired brain injury,



medication administration or continence support will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

- Current Driver Licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian Working Rights
- Experience or capability providing personal care and household support
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Ability to complete accurate records and report health concerns
- Commitment to privacy, dignity and professional boundaries
