Job Description
Skin Clinic Robina on the Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Medical Receptionist to provide maternity leave cover for the 2IC role. This hands-on position supports the Practice Manager and reception team to ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations.

You will oversee appointments, patient enquiries, billing, and patient records, while mentoring reception staff and acting as escalation point for the team. The role runs 7:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, 76 hours per fortnight.
