Planted Solar seeks a Growth Lead to establish and scale its Australian market presence from Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. You will be the first market-facing member, building relationships with EPCs, developers, and industrial buyers, and shaping a channel-driven go-to-market.
You will work with US leadership to adapt global strategies to Australia, own deal execution, and travel as needed to win the next portfolio. The role combines market-building with hands-on delivery and high autonomy.
