About the Role n

As Assistant Store Manager, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to lead, coach and inspire the team to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will play a key role in driving store performance, developing talent, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a positive and engaging store culture.

Key Responsibilities n

- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales, productivity and KPI targets

- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and clienteling

- Recruit, coach and develop high-performing team members
n
- Drive team engagement, motivation and accountability

- Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards
n
- Analyse store performance and identify opportunities for growth

- Support inventory management, loss prevention and compliance processes

About You nn
- Previous leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader within retail
n
- Passion for luxury, premium fashion or lifestyle brands
n
- Proven ability to drive sales and team performance
n
- Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Commercially minded with solid problem-solving abilities
n
- Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods
