The Prospect

As the Administration Manager IT Operations, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of Crown's corporate administration function across Melbourne, Sydney, and Perth. Reporting to the Head of Group IT Service Management & Corporate Administration, you will lead a team responsible for financial and commercial administration, IT asset management, procurement and vendor management, technology adoption, onboarding and offboarding processes, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role where success is achieved through both leading a small team and personally contributing to operational outcomes. You will be comfortable moving between stakeholder engagement and day-to-day execution across procurement, financial administration, vendor management, governance, and operational processes.

This is a 5-month max term contract opportunity.

What You’ll Do

- Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of the Corporate Administration framework, ensuring consistent, efficient, and scalable processes across Crown Resorts.
- Oversee and actively contribute to financial and commercial administration activities,

including budgets, forecasting, procurement, purchase orders, invoice processing, vendor renewals, contract administration, and cost optimisation initiatives.

- Partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, external vendors, and support teams to enhance service delivery, improve business outcomes, and strengthen customer experiences.
- Lead governance, risk, compliance, and audit activities, ensuring legislative, regulatory, licensing, and policy obligations are effectively managed and embedded within day-to-day operations.
- Develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team while remaining actively involved in operational delivery, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and service excellence.

What You’ll Bring

- Significant leadership experience in corporate administration, business operations, service management, procurement, finance administration, asset management, or a related function, with a demonstrated ability to balance people leadership and hands-on operational delivery.
- Proven experience leading large-scale process improvement, transformation, or standardisation initiatives that have delivered measurable operational, financial,

or customer outcomes.
- Strong commercial and financial management capability, including budgeting, forecasting, expenditure tracking, procurement, vendor management, contract administration, and financial processing.
- Demonstrated expertise in governance, risk management, compliance, and audit activities, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical and sustainable business processes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with experience partnering effectively with executive leaders, cross-functional teams, and external service providers.
- Previous people leadership experience, with a track record of coaching, developing, and empowering teams while successfully managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing high-volume operational workflows with strong attention to detail, ensuring procurement, vendor management, financial administration, reporting, onboarding/offboarding, and governance activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Experience using enterprise procurement, finance, or workflow management systems such as ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Workday, TimeControl, or similar platforms.
