Position Summary The Remote Travel Specialist works
with clients to help coordinate and organize their travel plans
from the initial planning stages through booking and follow-up.
This position combines customer service, travel coordination, and
attention to detail to help ensure clients have an organized and
positive planning experience. Responsibilities Assist clients with
selecting and coordinating travel arrangements Provide information
and support regarding accommodations, transportation, activities,
and itineraries Communicate with clients through phone, email, and
digital messaging Review reservations and travel details to ensure
information is accurate Coordinate with travel suppliers and
partners regarding client arrangements Keep client information,
booking details, and travel documentation organized Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication abilities Excellent




organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize
multiple client requests and deadlines Comfortable learning and
using online booking systems and digital tools Reliable,
self-directed, and able to work effectively in a remote setting
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or a
