nAbout the Role:n
nOur client is seeking an experienced Head of Logistics to lead our end-to-end supply chain, from farm to customer. This senior role combines strategy, team leadership, and hands-on execution to ensure on-time, cost-effective, and compliant product flow for our perishable farming operations.n

nKey responsibilitiesn
n• Develop and execute the end-to-end logistics strategy aligned with growth goals.n
n• Lead and develop the logistics, warehousing, and distribution teams; foster a safety- and performance-driven culture.n
n• Plan demand and inventory with production, manage cold-chain logistics, and optimize stock levels.n
n• Oversee inbound/outbound transportation, carrier selection, rate negotiation, routing, and last-mile delivery.n
n• Ensure food safety, product traceability, labelling, and regulatory compliance (Australian standards).n
n• Implement and optimize ERP/WMS/TMS solutions; leverage data to drive continuous improvement.n
n• Monitor KPIs (OTIF,



order accuracy, transport cost per unit, inventory turns, spoilage, safety).n

nQualificationsn
n• 3-5+ years in logistics/supply chain with leadership experience; experience in agriculture/food supply chain, logistics, or a related fieldn
n• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; proficient with ERP/WMS/TMS systems.n
n• Knowledge of Australian food safety/regulatory requirements; experience with perishable goods is a plus.n
