We're a multidisciplinary team of 35+ OTs and Speech Pathologists supporting communities across metro Melbourne and regional Victoria. We’ve been doing this for over 8 years, with:

The Role

- Provide support for clients withphysical, neurological, and neurodiverse needs
- Deliverclinic, community, school, and home-based therapy
- Collaborate with a team ofsupportive, passionate clinicians
- Usemodern therapy tools and platforms
- Thrive in agoal-oriented, OKR-based environment
- $5,200/year car allowance – paid directly (no fuel receipts needed)
- $1,820/year tech allowance – deck out your workspace your way
- $6,000 CPD budget – includes paid leave to attend training
- RDOs and time in lieu – transparent and trackable

What You’ll Need

- SPA membership (or eligibility to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check + WWCC (or willingness—we’ll help!)
- Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Full working rights in Australia
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology
