n•This role is based across all MGC active project sites in and around Perth, WAn
n•Full Time, Permanentn
n•$90,000-$130,000pa + Supern
n•Assisting Construction Managers, Architects and Surveyors in planning and organisationn
n•Interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practicen




n•Preparing preliminary sketches, working drawings and specificationsn
n•Preparing, editing and revising plans, maps, charts and drawingsn
n•Coordinating works programsn
n•Inspecting work and materials for compliance with specifications, regulations and standardsn
n•Calculating costs and estimating time scalesn
n•Collecting data using surveying instruments and photogrammetric equipmentn
n•Performing routine computations and plotting preliminary datan

nAbout Youn
n•Qualification – Diploma or Higher - Surveyn
n•Proficient in survey instruments, GPS, Total Stations, and survey software (e.g., Topcon, Leica, or Magnet).n
n•Strong understanding of civil design drawings, models, and IFC documentation.n
n•Desirable - 1+ years’ experience in civil surveying (construction or infrastructure).n
n•Competent in managing large datasets and producing defensible as-built records.n
n•White Card and relevant survey or spatial qualifications (Diploma or Cert IV in Surveying preferred).n
n•Valid driver's licence.n
