Due to growth in the business, we are currently seeking to employ a Peggy with LR licence to work in remote NT on 3/1 roster.

Job Description

n

Key duties of this role include;

n

n
- Maintain cleanliness of ablutions, crib and office facilities
n
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laydown area and equipment on a daily basis.
n
- Escort deliveries, escort plant movements, unloading of deliveries, manage delivery documentation and material storage.
n
- Escorting light vehicles and trucks around site
n
- Stock-take and ordering of consumables
n
- Maintaining accurate records of all inventory transactions and stock levels
n
- Issuing, returning and data entering of stock within the Inventory Management System
n
- Investigating inventory discrepancies and documenting stock transfers and returns




n
- Ensuring freight travels consistently to ensure a reliable supply chain to site
n
- Checking and receipting goods in a timely and efficient manner
n
- Ensuring MSDS's are processed according to procedure
n
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and duties as directed
n
- Driving of Bus to transport other personnel and crew to and from airport.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- White Card
n
- Light Rigid Licence or higher(highly desirable)
n
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
n
- Demonstrated success within a fast paced and flexible setting.
n
- Excellent communication skills and capacity to liaise with individuals at all levels
n
- A positive attitude to work and desire to 'get the job done'.
n
- Have previously worked on sites/ familiar with site's lifestyle.
n
