nOverviewn
nOur clients are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher for a warm, community-focused preschool. They value a holistic, play-based approach, a homelike workplace, and learning through exploration. You’ll design a program aligned with EYLF, foster emotional security and creativity, and build strong family/community partnerships.n

nKey Responsibilitiesn
n• Curriculum: design, implement, and evaluate a play-based program aligned with EYLF; lead learning across literacy, numeracy, creative arts, and physical activity.n
n• Assessment: observe, reflect, and document progress; create portfolios and learning stories; use evidence to adapt the curriculum.n
n• Leadership: mentor and support colleagues; foster collaborative continuous improvement.n
n• Family & Community: build solid partnerships; lead family meetings; participate in community events.n
n• Compliance: uphold National Quality Standards and regulatory requirements; maintain a safe, inclusive environment; contribute to quality improvement.n




n• Professional Growth: ongoing PD and reflective practice.n

nSkills & Requirementsn
n• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-equivalent)n
n• Minimum 1 year as an Early Childhood Teacher in a long day care or similar settingn
n• Strong EYLF and NQS knowledgen
n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsn
n• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (HLTAID012)n
n• Working with Children Check and National Police Checkn
n• Up-to-date vaccination status per policyn
