Trade Counter Assistant - Plumbing Albion (TH)

As part of one of Reece's high-performing Talent Hubs, this role has been designed to identify and rapid-track ambitious individuals who demonstrate strong leadership potential and a desire to build a long-term career with Reece. More than a Branch Staff position, this opportunity provides additional development, exposure and support to help prepare you for future leadership roles across our network. You'll work closely with experienced Branch Leaders, gain hands-on experience across all areas of the business, and develop the commercial, operational and people leadership skills needed to take the next step in your career. You'll work as part of the Branch Staff team, supporting plumbers and tradespeople by helping them access the products they need for their projects while also contributing to the day-to-day operations that keep the branch running smoothly. Every day will provide opportunities to build your technical knowledge, strengthen customer relationships and expand your understanding of how a successful branch operates. Your day-to-day:

- Providing customer service and information about products
- Providing quotes both in person and over the phone




- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
- Maintaining a safe, organised, and welcoming branch environment
- Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
- Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives
- Learning the operational and commercial skills that form the foundation of future leadership roles

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

- Has previous experience in retail sales or leadership and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable learning recent systems
- Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
- Wants to develop their career - either locally or within the broader network.
