What you'll be doing?

- End‑to‑end project delivery — Lead IT and business improvement projects across head office and retail stores spanning Australia and New Zealand, seeing initiatives through from initiation to successful completion.
- Project governance and oversight — Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies to keep initiatives on track and within plan.
- Cybersecurity leadership — Lead the maintenance of the organisation's ISO27001:2022 certification, playing a key role in keeping the business secure and compliant.
- Stakeholder collaboration — Work closely with business stakeholders,



software developers and technology teams to align priorities and build strong working relationships.
- Requirements and solutions — Gather and translate business requirements into practical, effective technology solutions that make a real difference to the business.
- Testing and software releases — Coordinate and perform application testing and support software releases to ensure smooth and reliable delivery.
- Reporting and progress tracking — Prepare project status reports and monitor milestones and outcomes to keep leadership and stakeholders informed.
- Team leadership — Manage a Help Desk and Training team, fostering a supportive and high‑performing team environment.
- Training and user adoption — Develop training plans and champion user adoption so that people across the business can get the most out of new systems and tools.
- Systems improvement — Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing ICT systems and recommend appropriate solutions to drive continuous improvement.
- Vendor and partner management — Lead relationships with key technology partners and vendors, including commercial negotiations and performance management.
- Executive advisory — Provide trusted advice to the Executive Leadership Team and Board on technology opportunities, risks, investment and priorities.
