Reporting to the Senior Manager, Building Services you will manage projects across the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

- You will manage project risks and governance processes, provide advice and reporting to senior stakeholders, and build productive relationships with government agencies, consultants, contractors and community stakeholders.
- As the Senior Program Officer, you will deliver a range of functions related to the delivery of construction (capital works) for Teacher and Police Housing.
- You will work collaboratively with government agencies, consultants,



contractors and community stakeholders to deliver quality housing outcomes that align with Homes NSW strategic priorities.
- You will have a robust background in construction project management, running a procurement process and managing budgets and programs for multiple projects.

What you need

- The role will involve regional travel at short notice, including overnight travel, as required by the business and/or directed.
