Key Responsibilities:

n

- Preparing and cooking food.
n
- Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding garnishes and sauces.
n
- Ensuring all meals are of high quality and are prepared in a timely manner.
n
- Utilising a variety of fresh, frozen and prepared ingredients to prepare, cook and present a range of dishes according to a seasonal menu.
n
- Practicing effective stock rotation and wastage minimisation procedures.
n
- Assisting our team in maintaining an efficient and proactive kitchen operation.
n




- Assisting with menu changes when required.
n

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience within a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
n
- Availability to work any hospitality hours.
n
- Ability to work well under a high pressure environment.
n
- Brilliant communication skills to all team members.
n
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
n
